Is this a final, guaranteed price?
Your estimate is based on roof measurements or building plans. We’ll honour the stated scope and validity period when inspection confirms the measurements and assumptions. Additional layers, inadequate ventilation, rotted or wet decking, concealed damage, access or code requirements, and changes in scope can affect pricing. We explain adjustments before you approve any work. A roof inspection is required before a price is locked in.
Can I use this for a repair?
This offer covers complete roof replacements and new installations for pitched shingle roofs, flat roofs, and roofs with both. For leaks, localized repairs, or inspection requests, please contact our service team at (705) 905-1672.
What if I don’t know my roof’s size or pitch?
That’s okay. Choose ‘Not sure’ where available. Our salesperson will measure your property’s roof and confirm details with you. Please do not climb onto your roof to collect information.
How does this work for a new build?
Share the project address and upload your roof plans as a PDF or image if you have them. If the roof isn’t visible in aerial imagery, we’ll need plans, roof dimensions, and pitch to prepare an accurate estimate. The two-hour target starts once the request has the information and measurements we need.
What happens if I submit after hours?
You can send your request anytime. The two-hour window counts staffed business hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:30pm · Sat–Sun 10am–3:30pm (Eastern), excluding statutory holidays. After-hours requests start when we reopen, and requests near closing continue into the next open period.
